Lori Fields


Lori Fields has been a nurse practitioner since 1997. In addition to her long tenure at Kentuckiana Allergy, Ms. Fields worked as a nurse practitioner in primary care, urgent care, and Jefferson County Public Schools.

Ms. Fields is a licensed registered nurse and nurse practitioner in Kentucky and Indiana.  She is a certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and serves as a CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association.  She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1994 and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 1997.

Laura Wilhem Manley


Laura Wilhem Manley serves a pivotal role at Kentuckiana Allergy as a nurse practitioner.

Laura has two certifications – certified advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)/family nurse practitioner (FNP) under the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and registered nurse (RN) licensed in Kentucky and Indiana.  As a registered nurse, Laura spent several years at Kosair Children’s Hospital caring for pediatric patients with respiratory, endocrine, neurological, and gastrointestinal disorders.  At Kentuckiana Allergy, she treats children and adults with allergies and asthma.

Michael S. Nall, M.D.

Dr. Nall has been an “allergy fellow” at the University of Louisville Medical School since he finished his residency there in the 1960s.He also is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and a diplomat of the American Board of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

He grew up in Ashland, Ky., graduating from Millersburg Military Institute in 1956. Soon thereafter, he began his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in anatomy and physiology in 1960.

Dr. Jones is board certified in Allergy and Immunology as well as Internal Medicine, and is active in both the American Academy and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

In fact, he is a “fellow” in the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI)– the highest level of membership reserved only for those physicians showing “superior proficiency in the practice of allergy-immunology.”  In 2013, his peers named him a “Top Doc” in Louisville Magazine’s annual list.

Dr. Tzanetos, is from Buckhorn, Kentucky in Eastern Kentucky. He brings his small town roots to Kentuckiana Allergy by way of Yale, Vanderbilt, and the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Tzanetos is a board certified physician in three specialties, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Allergy & Immunology.  He is a member of four professional societies, including the American College of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology; the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology; the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology; and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Stuart W. White, M.D.

Dr. White is a second generation allergist and has a busy allergy and asthma practice, with a specialty in children with primary immunodeficiencies.

He is board certified in both Pediatrics and Allergy & Immunology.  He was named a top doctor in allergy and immunology by his peers in Louisville Magazine’s “Top Docs” Listing for 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2015.

Dr. White graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1990 with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Premedical Studies.

Dr. Riehm graduated in 1977 from the School of Medicine at the University of Louisville, completing his residency at the University of Cincinnati.
